Anybody know where I can pick up a Mil eliminator in the bay area this weekend. Or has one for sale?

Last time to take the smog retake (b/c failed the first...) is tomorrow and I just got my brand new 02 sensor in the mail. I have an 02 spacer but not sure how much that will help out. Only reasons is I will be running my UEL headers because something came up and am not able to run my stock headers..

 

Thanks to the EPA it is a federal crime to sell them, thus presently no legit company makes or sells them. There were a few companies(people) who made them in the past--Pony Express???--but they are all now defunct. Your best bet to find one is scour the forum classifieds, or perhaps post a WTB.

I made my own, and it did stop the CELs from comming up, but my system now reads "not ready" and thus I dont think it would pass smog. The instructions on how to make it on ScoobyMods are rather straightforward.

You could run your spacer, clear your memory of and CELs, and just hope it doesn't come on for the duration of the test.
