Wheel Spacer size?
hey, whats up everyone!? im trying to get wheel spacers for my 05 WRX w/ STOCK wheels & suspension, i just wanna push out my STOCK wheels & make it flush w/ the fenders, my WRX is a daily driver & i take it EVERYWHERE, i wanna get reliable quality brand that i could use for daily driving & autocross too, any advices please, this would really help me out!!! thanks, l8,

whats wrong w/ my post or question? just asking for advice, i know that there are 10mm, 15mm, 20mm, 25mm & so on, just wanna know if anyone knows the exact size to use on stock wheels,

i did but most post ive seen w/ spacers are for better handling because it widden the wheels....... ummmmm, need help, its like your car width by wheels apart spreads out more so it should give you better handling on turns? correct me please!

lol, wish i had the cash to burn to go hella flush but i really want to keep my WRX as useable as possible, i do go up tahoe snowboarding every year but this would be the 1st w/ my WRX, its my 1st Subie & i love it!!! VIRGIN!!! wahahahahahaha,

No. Spacers dont widen the wheels they space the wheels further out. The reason why people get wider wheels is for more of a surface patch for handling. You are going to run like 40mm worth of spacers for something you are going to daily drive. This is a dumb idea. Dont be cheap and buy wider wheels. That much spacers is dangerous. I would not run anything more then a 5mm spacer.
Imagine holding two weights at your chest and feel the stress on your arms. Now extend your arms perpendicular to your body, feel that stress on your arms. Does the extra stress at an extended period of time sound good on your car?
