This is a hard one. If I had to prioritize, I'll have to say get the event down first. If food is also a possibility, then do that. I know there has been a lot of debate on the other thread about what should be done.
Please remember that this is a large venue. Your biggest challenge will be to find a location that can and will be willing to accommodate 300+ cars. Easier said than done.

food would just a bonus if it was provided, if not, I can bring my own food. events like having a DJ, car show of course, and just hangin and meeting a bunch of new people is cool with me.

I think that's a great way to put it. Music, Car Show, Hanging Out, and BBQing, plus some games or something and we're SET!

i dont really care about the food there, we stay for that long we will need food thats why i think there should be food.
i go to hammy for the car show and most importantly action when 300 cars rolling up the mountain. at uckk then D&B caravan up the moutain, its not something we see all the time. i love the feeling of driving in a huge caravan.

I have some over-sized tricycles... those might be good to race.
But the thing is... we will probably need a stage... anyone got any ideas?
