My friend is dead set on buying an Outback Sport tomorrow. He was offered 19k + 2.9%APR by Carlsen Subaru for a 5MT model with no options. I've contacted Yohan to deal with Stevens Creek, and they said they'll beat any offer from Carlsen.

Anyone know what kind of deal we should be "demanding" from either dealers? Stevens Creek got me a very good deal for my STi, and I'm hoping for something similar for my friend.
