Payments depend on a lot of factors, can't just throw you a number. Go look on craigs list and see what you can get for 350k.

I actually go out to Brentwood quite a bit as a couple of my closest friends live out there (off of Remington when you first get into Brentwood from Vasco Road). So if you pass Remington and see a Blue '03 WRX Sedan it is probably me.

If you decide to take the plunge and buy out in Brentwood, then it would kind of depend on where you work at as to if you would be better off taking - Vasco Road/Marsh Creek or Highway 4 Bypass out to work.

Vasco Road used to be a LOT more dangerous before they put up the cones in the center of the road (or rather their makes-shift divider). I think they got put up when they had like 8 deaths in like a 1-3 month time span. What was happening is people were either driving tired or drunk and would cross over the line in the 1 lane each way and kill each other in head-on collisions. Not a good thing. If you look on the sides of Vasco you will come across different locations where people put flowers for the memory of their loved ones.

One of the parts about Vasco that I crack up at, but is VERY dangerous Cop Trap is right at the beginning to Vasco (coming from Livermore side) when you first get through the twisties and start coming down, there is a short left turn lane and then it opens up to 2 lanes for a while. Well if you look right there the speed limit going towards Brentwood is 55 MPH, HOWEVER, going the other direction, the speed limit is 45 MPH (Exact same zone, but 10 MPH difference depending on which way your car is facing).

However with the newer hospitals being put in out there with the heli-pad and all the stores they really are bringing up Brentwood to be the New Walnut Creek. It has really started to boom in the past 5-10 years.

I would definitely be down for a Brentwood meet though. Just got to have everyone figure out when and where.

I drive through Livermore everyday. I've seen them use this tactic a lot. Most of the time I see it on Stanley Blvd near the turn off for 84.
