We just got digital cable, and I kmow there are some sweet car programs out there. Are there any import tuning shows, or anything good you all know of?

Do you have Speed Vision? Not necessary "Import Tuning", but a great channel to have.

I hate speed channel, NASCAR 22.5 hours a day, now they want to do away with WRC, for what? 4 more hrs of nascar a month? Every once in a while they'll have something worth watching but you will be so sick of seeing Nascar every time you turn it on you will just stop turning on speed channel at all. Speed Channel

I don't know if the Speed Vision and Speed Channel are the same. I used watch Speed Vision when I was in LA quite a few years ago which covers a wide range of racing including Japanese and European GT racing series, LM, F1, superbikes, etc. I don't recall that much NASCAR coverage at all. Maybe the focus of the channel changed? If that's the case, it may not be worth it. I'm not a NASCAR fan either.

Yup, I get a preview of the speed channel every couple of months and all I see is nascar. They have a couple of super bike competitions but I'm not that fond of that either.

If you have OLN channel, you can watch some rally/baja truck racing on Thursdays at 7:30 pm.

speedvision ROCKED!

speedvision bought by Fox

Fox has mucho NASCAR contracts...

Creation of Speed Channel, and therefore NASCRAP is on all the time.

Just realized we actually don't get speedvision, but it sounds like Sat. morning is the time to watch Spike TV with those sweet car shows.

Also, I have seen before on PBS (YES P B S!) A show called motorweek, which yes, I know, someone already mentioned on this post. But it deserves a second praise, because it does reviews of new cars that are very well done out.

I watch Monster Garage and Monster House, even though those aren't exactly "car shows"...I just like crazy welders and insane engineering type isht!

Gotta chime in with another thumbs down for SPEED/Nascar channel, if SCC got a show on there, it would be at like 3AM or some crap!
