well he agreed to pay for everything, besides the exhaust. He said there is no way an exhaust system can cost $750 even though i gave him a copy of my invoice. For those of you wondering what exhaust it is its the hks ti one. Next time i'll call the cops for sure, i just felt sorry for him at that moment plus i was in a hurry. well we all learn from our mistake.

I would still push him to cover at least 1/2 if not 3/4 of the exhaust. Tell him to replace what you had... even if the replacement isn't new he should at least pay for you to buy whatever got damaged in the accident.

Damn, that sucks... I say count your blessing...
1) You don't have injury (med bill).
2) Total amount is relatively small.
3) He actually paid portion of it and will pay the rest just not exhaust.
4) In most cases uninsured motorist won't even pay and you'll end up eating the deductible.

As for your exhaust, after you showed him/his friend the damage, what did they say? Do they even agree that the parts have been damaged? If yes, just ask them to replace the parts back to pre-accident condition. And tell them go look for the prices on those parts themselves. Then see what they have to say after that.

Good luck!

Tell him you are going to turn it into the d.m.v. , which you should do anyways because the damage is over $750. If he had no insurance at the time of accident his drivers lic. will be suspended. He will then need an Sr-22 to get his lic. back, and will need to keep the Sr-22 for 3 years.

I would still turn it in even if he pays the whole amount. There are over 3 million uninsured drivers on any given day on the roads of Ca.

a lot of people are into breaking kneecaps, its somewhat expected when someone is pissed off... but what kinda craziness does it take to pee on somebody, its just not understood and confuses the mind, confusion is a far terrible pain for a lot of people.. hahhahahhahah

Then I'd pay him a visit w/a baseball bat break some knee caps and then **** on him. And since I'm already there w/a bat...I'd give his car a few decorations.

You're both already breaking the law by not reporting it. Just report it now, and talk to your insurance company about it. You'll be lucky if he even admits to it at this point, yeah that's right: you are no longer at the scene and the dude could just say he doesn't know wtf you're talking about.

****?!? His little sister is probably not a bad person.

Sounds like you're not gonna get another dime from this guy. Chalk it up as a hard lesson learned. I wouldn't let him get away with it though. Turning him in would be the nice thing, but you've already been too nice to this turd. Sounds like the guy knows you too well to openly bust his ***, so...

"I'm a call a couple a 'hard, pipe-hittin' ni..."

****?!!! wtf...
