Haha, I joined i-club.com when a friend of mine showed me Daniel's RS decked out in rally graphics..like, several years ago. "This car is crazy. The owner is a funny guy, BTW." Hi Daniel. I didn't buy my car until months after I joined. I saw Cal's old I-Speed swapped silverthorn metallic RS sedan and I had to have one. So...now I drive one. Just a lot slower and less cool looking than his old car.
I commute from Fremont to Emeryville, with traffic its about 1.5 hours to get there.

baic is by far the best forum and best group of people I've met. I've never met so many wonderful people ing life.
I never knew of I club til about 6 months into buying my wrx when my friend in an mr2 asked me if I was part of I club, from that day forward I've been an active member since.
Everyone always helps everyone and a lot of my close friends are because of the forum.

All I can say for a some what of a new comer to the Subie community is " I am glad I did not get a EVO like all my firends did. I bought my Subie and my only friend who has a subie told me, Watch, you are now in for a cool ride, Its like a secret community. The first Duece I got through me for a loop, then I got my second and was like WTF? then I found I-Club and man, You guys are awsome, fun and I plan on getting more involved with you guys! O an I like to help others too Bruce ;0)
