changed my oil. couldnt find safety glasses for awhile and almost gave up looking for them. good thing i wore them otherwise i would have gotten some hot dirty rotella t6 in the eyeball.

also bought ramps and realized i couldnt drive on to them with my slightly lowered car so i used them as jackstands. worked great!

I had V7 seats in my STI that I swapped my 07 bottoms with and it worked perfectly. Had height adjustment on both seats.

You don't watch or attend much racing I take it.

My car is currently stock height and still has problems getting on my ramps...without the extensions. LOL. I've used them as jack stands before too.

I've NEVER worn glasses when changing the oil. But cooking bacon, I got hot grease splashed in my eye. Go figure.

Kind of like changing the oil on my truck. No ramps and no jack in the way. LOL.

So... started at 5 pm. Wheel wash, two stage citrus wash for the rest of the exterior, towel dry, blue tape all the trim, clay bar all paint surfaces, and then first coat of sealant. Just finished with the first layer of sealant. Gonna let that cure while I go to bed. Tomorrow morning one more coat of sealant and then I'm finally done. Total time of work, projected 8.5 hours.
