Yep, figured it would make the rounds again this year. That pic was from last year's SJ auto show.

I will say the FD is one of the most timeless and beautiful looking sports cars to come out of Japan.

I also think the R34 GTR is another timeless design that still looks good to this day.

^That's cool, but I'd rather drive the R34 than an old bucket. LOL

Might have to agree with the R34 -- I think it'll stand the test of time, but since we're only about a decade out from its initial release, it's hard to say yet. I used to think the R32 stood up well, but it seems to be finally showing its age after a little more than 2 decades. The R33 I always thought screamed "bubble economy" design, as does the S14 senki (although the goki is a little more "timeless").

The Hakosuka is definitely a beauty, but it's also definitely a reflection of its era. Same with the Kenmerii. They both have that classic car look, but I can't say that they're timeless.

My 2 cents.

If I had a choice of the two sitting in front of me, I'll take the old bucket.. It has more flair..

Thinking twice about it, the Ferrari 288GTO has aged pretty well, methinks.

The 911 has remained nearly unchanged for the last HALF CENTURY!!
There is an awesome graphic on a wall at the museum in Stuttgart that shows how little it really has changed. I wish I had a picture of it.
