I will say the FD is one of the most timeless and beautiful looking sports cars to come out of Japan.
I also think the R34 GTR is another timeless design that still looks good to this day.

Might have to agree with the R34 -- I think it'll stand the test of time, but since we're only about a decade out from its initial release, it's hard to say yet. I used to think the R32 stood up well, but it seems to be finally showing its age after a little more than 2 decades. The R33 I always thought screamed "bubble economy" design, as does the S14 senki (although the goki is a little more "timeless").
The Hakosuka is definitely a beauty, but it's also definitely a reflection of its era. Same with the Kenmerii. They both have that classic car look, but I can't say that they're timeless.
