freaky...................she cut her kids throats???????? why does her throat look like it has scars for being cut multiple times??????????

I found that really odd.

It seems to me she is just transferring what has happened to her? unless she cut her own throat??? that would be pretty savage.

 

man some people should just not give birth if they know they won't be able to take care of their children, goodness gracious.

It looks like she had a tracheotomy, sometimes, they put pads where the breathing apparatus is attached to the neck, which is possibly why her neck looks that way. It also looks like she has digestive problems, which is what that may be in her nose, a nasogastric tube. Perhaps when she had the tracheotomy in, she had a PEG tube instead of an NG tube. *shrug*

 

the multiple scares around the whole kneck just look weird, definitely looks like previous bloody knecklace.
