We ran out of time, we didn't get the car on track until 9pm and they close at 10pm. Honestly with the extra power I had to throw at the car it's more likely that the ET would have gotten worse with the trap going up as we couldn't keep the wheels under her in 2nd and 3rd as it was.

I would think 0 camber all round would have helped a bit, obviously some drag slicks would have been the ticket but that kind of defeats the object of wanting to see what the car would do in full TA trim.

I think we did 9 passes in 48 minutes without shutting the car off with Gary more lapping the drag track than driving 1320, one of the guys with us drags there all the time and in a car trapping 116mph he has only made the first track turn off once ever! Gary was taking the first turn off after trapping 146mph and apexing the turn off in the dark with no head lights

Mike quit hiding the 9 sec time slip. I think sac raceway is busted, you might have to go to infineon.

gary is a beast!

I honestly think that car has 9's in it. Maybe after the season just get some slicks on it and change the camber... that's what ESX did.

Dude, 10.3 second 1/4 mile?

There are subies that do faster quarter miles, but those cars are purpose build drag cars made to drag race and NOTHING else. The insane thing about this car (the L) is that it's a time attack race car that is designed to take corners faster than anything else, and for it to be able to pull off a 10.3 quarter mile is simply mind boggling.

I don't know if this is the truth, but that has to be the FASTEST all around Subaru that exists out there. What other subaru can do what the L just did? I can't think of a single subaru (or any other car in that class) that can pull that off... A 10 second quarter mile and the ability to ravage any race track that is thrown at it.

This is just further proof that the L is a BEAST. It's not tamed, and there's only one man that can control it's intense amount of power. The amount of power combined with it's ability to handle as well as it does makes it into Lambo killer... Not only would it kill a high end lambo, it would leave the lambo in tears. The L is a force to be reckoned with... It's an amazing machine that has come one hell of a long way and it proves that GST has the stuff to get things done....

I'm very proud of the whole crew, and as I read this I got goose bumps just thinking about how INSANE of a car the L is. GST, you guys are amazing and the L is solid proof that you guys are the "Top Gun" of the time attack world.

If the L was just a drag car, it would be impressive, because a 10 second quarter mile is nothing to shake a stick at... But for the car to handle as well as it does makes it into a whole new beast. People usually focus on one aspect of racing, like building a drag racing car, but GST has created a car that does it all... The L kicks *** and takes names!!!!!

My wife saw the L last week when we were at GST getting some brake pads and her response was "Wow, that car is really sexy... " She loved the wide body lines and hinted at some naughty things as her fingers gently brushed over the super wide fender. Raaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaawrw!

GST, I'm very, very proud and I have yet to ride in it... So next tine you alow people to take rides, PLEASE, PLEASE let me be one of the lucky ones. You have no idea how uich it would mean to me,-
