We took the Time Attack car drag racing...
We get the chance to run the L on the drag strip once a year as part of the Modified Magazine Tuner Shootout and to date the 3 times we have ran the car down the 1320 we have chosen to not run the car full tilt as we still have other events to run that same day.
We just installed a new boost control system and wanted to test it prior to our next event at Auto Club Speedway (Fontana) as the dyno can only tell us so much.
We had some serious traction issues and in hindsight I should have set the boost controller up differently and controlled it via gear and rpm which it will do but I barely got the controller in and tuned to make it to the track by 9pm (they close at 10pm)
All in all it was a fun night and now Gary has to get a NHRA license due to our trap speeds.

glad to hear you guys had fun. AND thanks a ton for your help and honesty. You saved me a lot of cash and the referral to Motorsports techniques worked out beautifully too.
