Yes, Bin Laden should be the #1 priority. He was always a much bigger threat to the U.S. and our interests than Saddam. Their capture or removal won't end terrorism but it's a huge psychological blow to their followers when they are captured alive and put on trial. No martyrdom, just rotting away in obscurity for the rest of their lives in a concrete cell.
