If Durant stayed healthy, that was no doubt going to be a loss. That guy couldn't miss tonight.

Lol we would have gotten smashed if KD played the entire game. I could see 50 points from him last night. I pretty much thought it was game over when he made his 3 consecutive 3's in the first quarter haha

We were up on them when he went out, so I'm not sure why people are saying we had no chance if he stayed in

Don't get me wrong, over the course of a full game the W's have one of the best defenses out there, even w/o Bugut. But they didn't have an answer for Durant.

Because the guy got 30 points in 20 minutes of playing time. Durant was on one last night till he got hurt.

It's a big bummer, but not surprising, that Bogut will be out indefinitely. From all the KNBR talk this morning though, the West is so deep that seeding doesn't really matter. They're saying that the Dubs can do fine without Bogut for a while, as long as they make the playoffs. BUT they'll need him desperately in the playoffs if they want to be in that contender category and not just a 1st or 2nd round showing.
I say get Bogut right with as much time as he needs, but in the meantime develop Ezeli/Speights/Kuz and work D. Lee into the mix.

We were down by 17 and came back by half time with KD in.
Bogut should be back around beginning of Feb 4-6 weeks on average according to a consulting Dr. of all the major bay area teams. (Interview can be found on 95.7 The Game, Greg Papa and John Lund)
Most of the big match ups, if not all, there has been someone from either side out so the games do not tell the true story. I really want to see all of the match ups at the end of the season once all teams are healthy. The rest of the season is going to be very good.

Bogut is so unreliable health-wise that fans shouldn't expect him to be healthy for the postseason. If I were Kerr, I'd plan on a Bogut-less team for the playoffs. Just figure out a way to get DLee into the mix and go from there. Having Bogut play would be tremendous obviously, but the team shouldn't hang on to their hopes of him playing healthy for any long stretch of time.

Most surprisingly though, are the Lakers a better team w/out Kobe, or was this a one time deal?
