The stage 0 has only three parts now. You get a pulley kit, uppipe, and ECUTEK reflash. Emi not needed unless you have a unichip already. As far as a differance, the anwser is YES. You'll be in the 13's for sure with the proper launch.

I would run what you got. I ran with a unichip and no EMI adaptor for almost a year without any problems. The EMI will be a nice upgrade later. Stage 0 for me was the catalyst for me. Now I'm like crackhead looking for crack when it comes to horsepower or quicker ET's.
