Nooo, thats not what I complained about...Let me spell it out for you 1 last time.
Lets say Shiv dyno tuned my car and I got 100whp....and he says thats the most I can get with those mods. Then I take the car to another tuner who does a base run and gets 100whp, but then puts in his own ecutek, and in a matter of minutes gains 10-15 MORE whp. In fact he knows he can get more, but he has shown that there was more tuning that could have been done.
Well, thats what happened to me. In a slight way the number dont matter, the fact of the matter is that there could have been more power to be had. Afterall, tuning isn't cheap. We all pay good money and we should get the best that can be done. This was the number 1 reason for me to complain about Shiv, he gave me...lets say "100whp"....when it could have had "150 whp" with the same safety and everything.
Now, reason #2 for my complaining about Shiv....He said that if I put on...basically the mods I have on now....that I would not get anymore power out of my car, unless I ran 100 oct. Infact he said 260whp was the highest on 91 oct. on HIS dyno and even Bret said that if I ran his stage 3 on 91 oct. it would only get 260whp.
Then, now, another customer says he put on...basically these mods that I have...with smaller turbo...and he gets way more whp on 91. Therefore, Shiv proved himself wrong again.
Again, I agree with Dan (brucelee) about the time that has passed and the "learning curve"...I will give that one to Shiv, and try to leave it alone....But I have EVERY right to be upset at Shiv if I choose, and voice my opinoin about it...
Trust me...this is I-club...I know YOU all would do it too, if it happened to you!!! Especially if you dropped $7,000+
