My guess is that Vishnu or one of their fluffers asked that it be deleted so as to not make them look any worse than they already do in the customer service department with all the unanswered customer questions...

 

They're not much worse than most vendor forums.

 

Since you qualified that with "forums" I guess I will have to let that go. Had that word not been there I might have had more to say...

Not true at all, I have always gotten good response from S-Squared. It may take them a day or so to get back to me on rare occasions but they always do...

The "Great Hindu God" (if you believe in all that comic book crap) left me and others I know out in the cold with a vehicle pinging like a pachinko machine for over a month (with numerous contact attempts made by me) before I finally got fed up and dumped their crap...

 

Hey, that's the type of quality and service you should expect from Shivnu. He's doing alot of EVO's now, but the EVO guys are starting to catch on and pretty soon they're gonna ditch him too for Buschur or another real tuning shop.

almost everytime ive called they have picked up and been helpful. Also im happy with the way shiv tuned my car, 278whp running 91 octane on their dyno from a vf30

 

Man it sucks SO bad that they have such a bad service rep... they stuff is so sweet. Seems like all they'd need to do would be hire someone to deal with service and they'd be on top of the game.

 

I think that's the main issue. They just need to hire more peeps to give some TLC to the customers..
