To be honest, if I was ripped off a few thousand dollars by a shop, and then the shop has the audacity to poke fun of my proven claims, behaving MATURELY would be the last thing I did.

If anything, I hope everyone remembers karma. What goes around comes around, and ignorance is only bliss until it happens to you.

the tune had nothing to do with what happened to the motor, if anything the tune is what allowed it to live for so long.

I ended up OVERBOOSTING about 5 or 6 times under full throttle on PUMPGAS before anything started to go wrong, try that with your jiffy tune

oh did i mention im running 55cc injectors as well? Never saved up the cash for hte 720s from rc.

And i broke mine being a jack ***, how did you break yours again?

That is what I was trying to say. And Freddie, to say that you don't care what other people think after you say something yourself, is just as good as saying that you can prove that 2+2 is 7 but you won't care to explain, yet still call yourself a mathematician.

Cool Food For Thought

I have Vishnu stage 2, and 2 weeks ago Shiv dyno'd it @ 259.3 with 91 octane.
According to other posts this is unexpected especially with pump gas???
A few days later at the track 13.1 @ 101mph.
As others have already stated every car is different and you get what you pay for. In my case I am very satisfied with the tune and all components purchased @ Vishnu. Not to discredit that some customers may have been less fortunate, but myself and several other suby owners have yet to have a poor experience with vishnu as a whole.im working on downloading the charts and time slips for everyone.

P.S. on the service issue i called monday am and the got me in @ 1:30 the same day. They were very nice and even commented on how they didnt want to make me wait knowing my car was "out of commision" until this was done.

Actually the 02 sensor somehow (maybe over tightened??) broke into pieces and got sucked into the turbo...well, you can guess what happened to the turbo. So I just upgraded to the bigger one, since they are the same price and all.

Anyway, you can definitely feel a difference between the two, (1818, 1820). I love the top end. Matched with my Sti 6 speed, there are not really any issues with lag. Pretty nice actually even at the track, and I am pretty happy with this set up. You know I always wanted more go!!

Damn Shiv, is this reverse psychology or something....I feel all warm and happy now.

Freddy-- Interesting failure mode. Did you get dyno results (from another dyno and tuner, of course) of the PE1818 before it failed?
