I know that street. Its not a street racing street but its pretty wide and deserted its on the same street as a big park.

It is about 10 mins from my house.

Have you ever seen a car approaching you at 130mph before? Do you think that if you were there in that location where cars usually travel 35-50mph that you would be able to see a car approaching at 130mph, recognize that it's going to get there REALLY quickly and react appropriately?

I would like to think I could as well, but I am not sure. I have lots of experience working on race tracks and the physics are weird when things are coming at you that fast.
