I'd take it to court.

 

got a call from the officer friday night, said he made an error writing me a parking ticket for an equipment violation, in the meantime wait for the courtesy notice then contest it and it will be dismissed...my point is that this is an inconvinience for somet:hing that has no merit!!!!

 

^^ That right there is why I am changing my jobs to a lawyer.

His B.S. causes a ripple effect that then take time out of your everyday life. And you really have no way to go back after them for your time.

I think that needs to be fixed. They need to be held accountable for their actions..

 

This is the time I am happy that i just moved out of the east bay. I am now in a place called Calaveras County where you smog your car when you buy it and then never again. There are no Catalytic Converter laws up here either. But sound laws are here, just never really paid attention too. I drove around for one week straight up here with just straight downpipe. I was even at a light next to a sheriff. nothing happens
