Be safe out there folks. Yet another fatal Vasco Road accident this morning. The news said it was someone in a Camaro doing about 70 trying to get around traffic. He/She nailed a pick up loaded with passengers head on. The outcome wasn't good. I took the "back roads" home from Livermore because Vasco is shut down. The back roads consisted of a single lane, two way road that was over 10 miles long and some very narrow two lane roads. That sucked.

It was bad enough trying to stay within 5mph of the speed limmit on Vasco so as not to get a ticket. There are so many CHP out there. Now it's going to be twice as bad, for a little while anyway.

its cause of retards like that the cops decide to pour gravel on the road and **** up my paint. i HATE it when they do that. With my old truck (99 dak 5.9 r/t) i couldnt do more than 10mph without sliding around. They might as well put ice all over the road. Retarded cops...

I usually take patterson pass rd and have seen some crazy stuff myself. Back when i had my truck i was followin an wrx and watched it slide off a cliff. Good 50 feet down.

 

It was a small car with 4 passengers and a lady in an SUV. Not a Camaro and a truck.

That is too bad, people don't pay enough damned attention to the f'ing road now a days. I drive for a living, and I come across countless retards out there on the road, if the money wasn't so good I would probably pick something else to do for a living.

 

I take corral hollow/tesla road every day to and from work to get home and I see morons everyday. People consistently passing on double yellows just to get 4 cars ahead of where they were. I actually watched a new VW bug pass a pickup around a curve just because the truck was going the speed limit through a windy section. Some people are just praying for darwin to take them out.

Regretably it's me passing from time to time.....but never over double yellows. I've seen it a few times lately. Stupid idiots. I saw a car make a pass just yesterday that I thought for sure the guy was dead meet. I slowed. the guy he passed slowed and no doubt the guy he almost went head on with slowed. Tool.
