up/dp installation?

If you go to a shop get quoted for just the uppipe, then, ask for a quote for up, and down pipes.
IMHO, the $ amount should be the same since you have to remove the downpipe to get the uppipe off/on. Does this hold true for shops?

yeh i know that gruppe-s is pretty close to me but i dont have all that money to blow on labor. too bad i dont have any tools. If someone in the bayarea can assist me that would be great
