Okay, I just got back from Carlsen for 60k service, CC campaign and altenator warranty work. Dropped it off at 7:30 this morning and all the work I requested was done just fine.
the service manager Alvin was courteous and professional. BTW, I have the infamous squeaking driver side window and they fixed that as well. I never brought that up with them to resolve. The car was clean, vacumned and no dents. They happily took my money and away I went. That was my third service with them. no complaints.

i dropped my car off friday for some warranty service. I went on a test drive with a technician named Kevin and he was more then helpful. He explained everything thats wrong in detail and what might cause those problem. After that he assured me that those things would be checked. Everyone was kind and helpful. I actually saw a black wrx outside who looked to be an i-club member. Rack one up for good service at Carlsen.
