understanding smog hookup needed

Is that even needed?

Do you have it registered as a street car or an offroad vehicle?

For rallys like say RIM where they spend a certain amount of time on the street they have to actually get a temporary registration which requires a smog. It's odd but I"m pretty sure that's how it works.


Good luck. Try union city. I used to leave a case of beer on the seat and get passed no problem.
