I pay like $10 a month for giganews, more then enough to download there, and everything is complete

try checking the speeds at 8-9pm on weeknights and around 4-5 pm on weekends...
i'd like to see how the traffic is affected at the dslam during these hours...
btw, what is your guaranteed DOWN speed?
