Uber driver kills 6 year old, injures mother and 3 year old.

So yeah, more bad news from ride sharing programs. Uber is denying all liability even though the driver was in duty, simply because he was in between fares.

They can deny liability all they want. There are some very good lawyers in SF and I predict Uber will be paying out a 7 figure settlement...
