So, let me get this straight. I'm getting confused here.

If you take the Borla Hush (to my understanding, it's a 2.5" all the way back) vs a Blitz Nur Spec Cat Back (Not just the rear section, the full cat back is 3" and just the rear section is 2.5" then you would probably get better gains with the Blitz Nur Spec right?

Now, my question is, when you get a Borla Hush and weld the 3" flange, it's just a 3" section to the cannister correct? So wouldn't that still make the Borla Hush a 2.5" cat back or like the Turbo XS cat back that tapers to a 2.5"?

Wouldn't it be the same gain as if you used your stock axle back and welded a 3" flange to that?

That's just something that I wasn't too sure about, so if any of you can answer that to help me out, it would be great.

No smart *** answers please, tia.

Borla Hush is 3" all the way until the midpipe to downpipe connector which is bevelled to match the stock downpipe, most poeple remove this bevelled section and replace it with a 3" piece thus making it a complete 3" system.

The uppipe I'll give you as being ok, the downpipe and Tannabe I would have to recommend people avoid like the plague.
