Dude, he was driving next to the STi for days... I first caught the glimpse of it as it passed in the background, then I saw it a few cars ahead of him, then a few cars behind him.

 

Ya know, when Tim Allen was on as the guest I thought that too. He'd be a great host! He does so much kid and family stuff, but you can tell he's not a ***** and can do man humor too!

 

how on earth did Tanner beat Rutledge when he had 25 miles to go and Rutledge was at the airport? That taxi driver was definitely milking Rutledge, driving through the whole strip to get to the Bellagio. If he took the back way, he would've been to the hotel from the airport in about 10 min instead of 30 min.

 

You really think the video footage is matched up in real time? They always make it look like it is a close race, even in the BBC version.

oh I know. Most of the races are probably fixed as well. I just found it funny how the taxi driver milked Rutledge pretty good by taking the long way (driving down the strip is considered the long way and the "scenic route") when he could've just taken the freeway.
