As far as the AFR thing goes.
I know that Bill certainly let me log mine. I have fairly recently cracked the ring lands on pistons #2 and #4. This was after a much different tune and turbo and I had other problems that very likely contributed to it. While I think Bill might have noticed earlier that the car wasn't running quite right due to an intake leak. I don't hold him responsible, though I doubt he is entirely free of blame either.
I will be getting my next tune done by Mike at Gruppe-S though that is mostly due to location. I just don't have time to wait for Bill's schedule when he will be in NorCal.
As far as ISpeed in general, Chris has always been polite though I was less than impressed by their installation skills. e.g rounded off bolts, and lack of torque wrenches.
Bill has never been anything but professional and customer oriented and I haven't had a problem w/ him.

I got road tuned by I-speed and my car does appear to be and drive fine. Unfortunately being unemployed is keeping me from getting dyno pulls done. Soon I should be able to though.

although i do give them credit for biting the bullet, it seems as if their last post was of course in their own best interest. they don't want to lose customers/business by by getting a bad name from all this mess so they decided to finally reply.
a good shop would've done this immediately. shame on you ispeed.
but again, i do give them props for finally coming out and doing the right thing. (i don't know how many bay area folks will drive to Oceanside to "fix" their car though)
