Haha...like wheat beer. I got a keg of that, it lasted too long (5days) and got warm at one point. I swear it went up in alcohol content...tasted like wine by the end.

It more than likely did increase in alcahol content. If you purchased a keg of unfiltered beer, a lot of yeast makes its way into the keg, not all of which is dead. If you allowed to keg to get warm for a few days, the remaining living yeast came out of hybernation and fed on what sugars remained. Anytime something tastes or smells like wine, it means that fermentation is taking place (like when bread starts to mold it smells like wine as well.) I've been brewing my own beer at home for a few years now, and every so often I make a batch with a little extra yeast, extra sugar, and then let it ferment a little longer. The stuff tastes nasty in the end, and is usually damn near flat, but it sure does the job of getting you wasted quite well.
