track day at Infineon

Put up a couple videos from my hpde at Infineon with Trackmasters over the weekend. We got 6 20 minute runs, and these are the two halves of my 5th one. Almost all of the other ones I ran into serious traffic, almost exclusively caused by an older red 911 and a black NSX being super slow and not giving people point byes to pass. I was in the beginner group (my second driving event), and a point by was necessary to pass, and it was a common sight to see 10 people behind one of these two cars, even though it was only about 30 people on the track. GRRRR

I wasn't really pushing it hard in the straightaways, since I was really there to learn the turns, and it was pretty cold and wet early. No one passed me during the day, but I was actually hoping some people would so I could get used to being aware of it for when I go to the higher groups.

Car is a 2011 WRX stage 2.

How much did this event cost? I would like to run that course someday.

Looks like that was a lot of fun! I'm jealous.
What was your top speed?
The angle the GoPro is at in the car does not give me much of a sense of speed.

I think this one was $225, and I went through a full tank of gas. I think my top speed was somewhere around 100mph, but I wasn't really pushing it on the straights for top speed. I was mostly concentrating on the turns.
