Track Day Infineon August 7; who's going?

Raise your hand if you're going.

This is my first time at Infineon, any tips? I usually do Laguna Seca and Thunderhill.

I wish, but I couldnt get my vacation to that week. I'd say hit up trackpedia.com for info & youtube for relevant videos.

If you hit a good line through 5 & 6 you'll be in heaven, careful of your speed leaving the esse's on the backside through 9.

Too hard on the brakes for me. STi rotors and pads are $crilla.

How would you compare Laguna Seca on brakes vs Infineon?

Havent tracked the STi - dont have the disposable income for track fees and pad/rotor wear

I'm saving up for the August 15th run. Thunderhill is considerably cheaper than Infineon.

infineon is an AWESOME track

extremely technical. its very hard to find the flow on the track, but once you do its a blast.

Took me about 3 laps to find good flow @ Infineon. Much easier without lap traffic.
