And I didn't realize that about the LSx/T56 combo...no wonder people stuff these in just about anything

spoken like a true car enthusiast thanks man, i feel the same way about project cars, and this car will def be used for what its built for haha

but not really a fan dyno/show queens my self, they have their moments

LSx and T56 combo is actually very light, this swap on the IS300 might actually have bettter center gravity or more balance since the LSx is pushed back closer to the fireball and sits alot lower,

yea its a great engine trans combo, reliable too

Car Info: with the blinkers on
Im gonna go ahead and claim a 2JZ swap + tranny is more expensive than the LS1/T56 @ 400whp for both. Is this true? Depends on how much CL/forum you lurk for deals, or how **** you are about car building.

How'd you take care of the steering shaft? Is the stock x-member on? How's cooling?

I would love to get into something like this. I love V8s and I love imports.

oh yea its def alot more expensive, and alot more rare too, but to get them to 400whp both are about the same i think,

it just has a custom motor mounts that bolts on stock cross member, cooling is just a normal large radiator like the koyo works fine

GoDynamics is just starting off, but very motivated to learn and improve on their fabrication, everyone has to start somewhere

if your interested let me know, they can help you out

He's pretty much got all the parts and harness together. Just needs to finish up! He actually has a few v8's under his belt already, so this one is going by quickly.
