Top of the World, Fremont

Hey everyone!

Anyone know if top of the world (city lights viewing) is still open? Last I heard they closed it off but I remember taking pictures up there so I'm not sure! Any help would be great, thanks!

i heard they started some kind of construction last month, can't confirm it though.
