I've seen much much worse... and so have you.

So you have succeeded at your goal and I'll bite.

I think stretching is retarded. I think your car "looks" awesome but there is no way in hell I would ever drive it or anything like it. Cars like that make me wish this state had safety inspections instead of smog checks. Same goes for you daveed. I have not been a fan of any of your wheel set ups.

Blows me away when I see people beat the **** out of their fenders to fit wide wheels and then they run narrower tires than come stock on our cars. Retarded.

But like I always say... to each there own. Do as you will. Just don't get pissed when I talk **** and I won't get pissed when you talk **** about how high my car is. LOL!

No reason to run big *** wheels unless you're running big *** tires. So I would say... make the car fit the TIRES.

i had the pleasure of installing a 215 on a 8" wheel (barely stretched) and it was a PITA!

dont understand how you can even mount tires like this its rediculous...working at a tire shop has made me more confused on how people pull this off haha

A lot of these are done on the old school manual ones. It's a little easier to handle the beads.

I should pick one up and go in to business doing all the tires for these dip sticks. Make a fortune. LOL!

I always wondered if there was a liability issue with mounting tires knowingly that there is a danger to the owner, does the owner sign something that releases liability against the shop doing the work??

i personally have not had to do that, but i think we'd turn it down before trying something that crazy...215 on an 8" was barely stretched so we did it

I've turned customers away and told them where a DIY shop was where they could try it themselves. When they were insistent I would tell them ok, but then give them an insane price that would make them walk away.
