Not sure about tail light stuff.
But for windows.... I'm going to throw this out there. I had BestBuy do mine in the truck.
They did all the windows minus the windshield. They use the baller tint that is muti layer.
It works very well and I have yet to have a single problem and its been done little over a year now.
The big plus on using them is that it comes with a lifetime guarantee. They are a huge chain store. So I know they are going to be around for a while. Plus They have stores all over the place. So if I have a problem out of town I just look them up and go. All my paperwork is in their computer system.
So that being said. I will recommend BestBuy.

Phoshizzle and I custom cut and tinted my tails in 30 mins and it was kind of an awkward shape. But we did it with the taillights already removed.

I'd do the tails myself but I'm too clumsy with adhesive films and heat guns. Better that I stick to mechanical things.
