it is always wise to know what you are doing in certain places. i would never do anything that would attract attention on myself on busy streets or anywher else that you know where cops are lurking. those cops seemed to know what they were doing! its our job to know our part and keep a close eye on dem' boyz. better luck next time. my toyota ricer days with a straight pipe opened my eyes up and knowing what just happened now is just going to make me even take the backroads even more. thanks for the heads up Mark!

that doesn't always work. a little over a year ago i was given a state ref ticket. just cruising in traffic with my windows down and a CHP merged on the freeway saw my car and then pulled me over. I was stock except for a fmic, intake, and catback (was recently back to stock to save up for some new parts) and when he pulled me over i got a ticket for no front plate, tint, and modified emissions. ****ed up part was he didnt even look at my car, i said he could see the stock downpipe and stock cats but he said he would leave that up to the state ref.

best bet is to get a front plate on the car and remove tint as a few already stated. I am just hoping i never get pulled over since i still have tint and no front plate

it looks like toooo many f u c kin subies are doing stupid sh !t on the road and the whole US law enforcement is crackin down. you can probably thank all of the dumbf u cks that get pulled over for stupid sh !t for subys having a bad rep. i wouldn't be suprised if the EVO community is getting it even worse than us. now that anyone with a WRX is gonna get it regardless if you are even stock or not! i'll take my chances and hopefully avoid all the bullsh !t. if it gets ridiulous then i'll have to work ny way around this. anyone know if an aftermarket stock location turbo can pass(green, red, 20g)? wrx's are the new hot ticket and now were're gonna get it. this pisses me off! too many badda sses.....watch your back!

well, that plus n3wbs driving like *** hats. But then again I do my share of *** hat driving when people feel the need to go 10MPH below the speed limit or not use their blinkers and cut you off.

I hope some dumb *** pulls that isht with me. I have two obvious reasons to get pulled over. tint. no front plate. If they give me tickets for that so be it. If they give me a ticket to see the state ref then I will laugh at them and see them in court with my lawyer. Santa Cruz County police have a history of looking stupid in court against my family.
