Hey all,
So I was moving my stuff into my dorm on sunday and parked my car on the service road next to the dorm. Anyways, long story short, I left the car there over night for reasons undisclosed. I ended up waking up this morning, going "crap! my car!" and running out to find a ticket for parking in a designated fire lane and being parked the wrong direction on the street. My car is debaged which I guess gave the officer some trouble because he put Make: SUB Model: LE (is that for legacy?) Body Style: 4D
Now I have a wrx wagon hence an impreza 5 door. Anyway I can weasel out of this ticket on a technicality? It's only 80 bucks, but I'm so broke it's not even funny. Thanks.

 

That might be a tough one, hard to dispute- especially if you were in a fire lane.

and if it has your license plate number right on the citation, there's not much chance for the "wrong car" technicality

haha yea figured as much. just gonna pay it once my paycheck gets in. It was weird that pd was out there cuz they're never on my campus. I figured camp sec would have given me a ticket or something. And yes, I'm broke even before school starts because I only had part time work this summer and my paycheck from working at school hasn't come in, so I've got about 3 dollars for the next week or so.

 

that;s why im broke. full time college student and I bought my wrx by working at school and during the summers (plus some insurance money from my old car). Plus I took a trip to costa rica this summer for a spanish program which dominated my checking account. I could go into detail but it would get kinda boring.
