make sure to go to kiyomizu-dera while you're in kyoto.

check out the tsukiji fish market in tokyo (you have to go early... before 6am) and eat at sushi dai.

eat tako-yaki and okonomi-yaki in osaka.

Thumbs up

Is there a Hot Springs place nearby? if so, be sure to check it out.

And...depending on how many times you've been to Japan before...
  • Get some Tonkatsu that's true kurobuta
  • Get some real Tan-Tan men
  • Go check out some of the temples
  • As mentioned, Super/AutoBacs!
  • Have a massage by Dr. Lee (j/k!!! or not!!!)
  • Check out McDonalds...if they still have "Shaka Shaka" fries, choose your flavor and get it. if nothing else, check out the menu and see the cultural differences for yourself.

my grandparents (rip grandma though)live in tokyo, ive been there so many times that i cant even begin to start naming my favorite places...

but everything said above is a good thing, just try as much as you can, there are endless amounts of foods and drinks...if you like burgers make sure to go to MOS burger

and enjoy all the lovely japanese beers too..and if you smoke, japanese cigarettes are better imo..mild sevens and the such...

have fun, i miss tokyo a lot
