There are tutorials on how to do this with older versions of iTunes. I don't know if that's a current feature in iTunes or if you have/want to dl iTunes.

Im using my wife's MAC until I get my machine back up and running, so I don't want to buy a program just to use for a week.

Why don't you just download the track in mp3 format for free from somewhere like hulkshare?

Cuz it's a lecture that someone sent me, and I want to burn it onto a CD so I can listen to it in my wife's car while driving, and since I can't burn M4P into an Audio CD and thus the dilemma.

try handbrake for mac - i know, it's primarily a video program, but it's a good converter overall as well; check sourceforge for audacity? not sure if that does mac as well...

Try MPEG Streamclip

Squared 5 - MPEG Streamclip video converter for Mac and Windows

You can export audio out of it as well video. Can't guarantee it'll work but its worth a shot.
