I'm not faulting them for acting like they've never taken money from a customer before (he took about 5 minutes (really, 5 minutes. time it. it is an eternity) to run my credit card). I'm not faulting them for asking us, a party of 4, to stand single file while at the counter (wtf?). I'm not faulting them for asking my phone number and then not writing it down or entering it into the computer. I'm faulting them for saying it was a 40 minute wait when they meant 2 hours. If they just told us 2 hours to begin with, I would have said "ok" and then went out for ice cream or something and come back. I'm not going to sit in their ****ing lobby for an hour while the cashier is standing 5 feet away and doesn't give a **** enough to tell us it will be longer than expected (which he knew -- we found out when he explained the situation to another customer).

They are an unorganized group and they won't live up to their end of a promise.

It might fly at chucky cheese bumper carts, but not at a $40/20min track.

That sucks bro. I think that there may be some favortism to the folks that are regulars, thats at least what I noticed the first time I was there. 2 kids practicing, they got pissed cauase 14 of us got on the track so he had to get off. kid walked away looking all pissed, his dad was trying to tell him that he will get to go again and to not worry. ****in little punk. ;P

IIRC, 14 of us ran on the track that night, it was fun, I think 10-12 max would be best though.

So sean, for my $40, how much track time I am looking at?
Do i get to drive 1 heat(15 minutes?) and thats it? I know I will not make it to top 10 even so the final race is out for me( my best time I think is 22.x seconds, average is like 25).

I may skip tonight if I am only driving for 15-20 minutes. Last time I went without any special price I paid $38 for 24ish minutes.

actual track time is more like 20 minutes.

I'm not sure if I'll make it tonight or not. Long weekend. I was up until 3am on sat painting a room and laying carpet. Then out in the sun all day sunday. I'm beat.

so what's the final final on this? how much? what set up is it? what time? doesn't look like we have a final final say on this.

im not going, assuming I will for sure be out after 1 heat which would be a waste of $40 when I can sprint 50 laps for $38 NOT discounted.

Next time choose sprint races, line up like 1 hour of time or something and it will be more worth the money.

Isnt it a bit more then 20 minutes? cause its not the normal sprint race. Theres prelims qualifying and then the race, i was told its about an hour total but we will see.
