Exactly. If you're paying extra for "unlimited data," your entitled to get the benefit.

Trust me I call in once a week to ***** about my speed living in a rural area on top not being able to get to a page with 4 bars os HSPA when I can't get an address for responding to a call is total BS. They said it ends at the billing cycle well bull****, I'm still within 1mb or less, pages timing out on full bars os HSPA, ATT has gone down the ****ing drain. BTW Stupidchicken03 they will be starting to weed out top users soon from rumor, who knows if it will be done but ****... I know GRIDE's brother uses 25gbs on ATT and hasn't gotten that message yet but I did? ATT GFY

I can't believe I'm paying 30$ a month to be ****ing slower than a phone that was out 4 years ago. I got a Galaxy S2 for a reason damnit. Seriously? Time out on full HSPA.

Be glad your not with Comcast, I run the fine edge of the 250gb cap every month (last month 248gb) at 250 they cut the line and you loose comcast for a year.

We said FO to AT&T (less bars in more places) 3 years ago, got on verizon before they cut their unlimited plan. Now I am grandfathered in, and even my new 4g bionic(android FTW) is unlimited with no caps

To sum it all up:

AT&T unlimited data plans get throttled after 2-3 gb of use, then you get unbearably slow speeds.

Thanks AT&T, thanks a lot.

I'm on the original unlimited data as well, but I'm usually on wifi. The past month I've been at a new job, streaming pandora a ton over 3G, so I might be getting up there too

1.2 GB since 12/23

You have to listen to A LOT of Pandora/Google Music to use data. Like 8+ hours a day lol.

A typical data usage day for me is
3-4hrs Pandora/Gmusic
30-1hr Netflix
Tons of emails
Lots of browser surfing
finding a new torrent to download (movie, music, tv show ect)

here's a fun idea:

FIND A NEW CARRIER IF YOU DONT LIKE AT&Ts SERVICE

that's how markets work...

A lot of us are grandfathered in, swapping carriers will get rid of our unlimited data which is worse, I would change carriers but I can't because of that, they offered us free no early termination fees, but only carrier that can do unlimited is sprint still, we don't get much coverage out here on the coast.

AT&T already got rid of your unlimited data... its unusable over the cap right? ergo, it is a de facto cap.

Don't be a *****. Talk with your wallet, its the only language they speak.

Well what do you say I do, everyone except sprint is a capped data plan and going over is a ridiculous amount and to even get 5gb or whatever is twice the price. It's still usable just feels as slow as an iPhone 3G I used to own @ signal strengths with a faster network. But no where did I sign say there was a limit till they capped you, not only that I got lied to that it ends on every billings cycle I'm done with mine and still have the same issues.
