AT&T says i'm in the top 5% of data usage

So basically what is going on is that AT&T is saying that even though you pay more for unlimited data, you better watch your data usage or they are going to cap you at the lower data limit? That's BS!

Yup, and I havent even gone over the 2gb of data. This is why AT&T is going to get a phone call this afternoon. Ill update after I call and complain.

Yeah I've been throttled for almost 2 months now. Its supposed to end every billing cycle but **** it hasn't. I'm at .5mbs and. 2mbs up its ducking stupid. I can't access firedispatch when my pager doesn't keep the address. And omfg I complain and ***** once a week at least. They guys keep telling me. Go sprint we did that cause Att is bull****. Only thing. I don't get.much coverage with sprint in my area.

I have gotten this message for the last three months now, so basically ever since I god grandfathered into the unlimited plan on my 4s. I make it a point to use wifi less now.

Edit: after looking at their little graph my data usage jumped from an average of about1.1 gb per month to 2.2+ since I have bought a 4s and I really don't feel like I do that much more data usage than before.

Someone should start a website that encourages the grandfathered unlimited plan people to excessively use their data plans, then send the said website to the ATT legal dept and tell them that their threats backfired. lol
