heres a good pic to explain just how much smaller a pushrod V8 is compared to a twin cam V8, and the one on the left is even .4 liters smaller than the 302, its a HUGE difference in demension and weight when you move 4 cams to the head instead of one in the block. So next time you wonder how an LS V8 can be so light and fit into so many small engine bays, hell theyre lighter than some iron block 4 bangers!
