Subaru 2.5i clutch help?

i just bought a subaru 2.5i and my clutch is a little stiff. does anyone know why? should i just get a new one?

how stiff is "stiff"?

my 2005 2.5i legacy had a stiffer clutch compared to my corolla or my explorer i drove previously.... it wasn't anything at all.... just took some getting used to.
