Strange noise resonating through my intake-PLEASE HELP

This is my 2007 WRX. I just finished up a TGV delete install in which I took off the manifold. After reinstalling everything to spec, this strange noise began after the car warmed up a little. The sound come directly from the intake. I took the filter off and the sound remains. It also increases when I turn the wheel at a stop. I checked the belt and everything is good with it. I believe the steering pump is fine to. When you lightly rev the motor, just tapping the throttle is subsides but remains on during sustained rev or driving around. When I shut off the car it makes makes another noise to (see video). Is it possible that it is a bad bearing in the turbo? It is a vf48 with 10k on it. Could something have gotten into it while I did the manifold removal and caused the sound? I really need to figure this out because it's really annoying.

I think your blinker fluid is low!

No that's a weird noise. Are you tuned for this setup yet?

LOL I got tuned on wednesday. The car feels great now.

I wish I got your power steering cooler!

Turns out the sound is my power steering pump going out. Probably from running aggressive wheels up here in the mountains. However, I may have over tensioned my v belt, is it possible that 10 minutes of running an overtightened belt could have caused the pump to begin failing?

Does anyone know what is a good replacement for a wrx pump?

My car made that noise for a while after I swapped steering racks, but it went away after some time.

I'm glad you found the solution to your problem so soon! Nothing worse than a noise you don't no were it's coming from.

So true. It bothered me so much that I couldn't find it. I even busted out the stethoscope!

Hmmm, maybe mine will go away. My vbelt was very tight and I suspect that may have cause it to fail, but I don't see how ten minutes of idle would cause this to happen. I retensioned it to spec today.

LOL

I was scared something like that happened at first because I only had a small shop towel shoved in there while I was reassembling the manifold but took it out for a couple hours. I was wondering if something crawled into there and died and was plugging up my turbo! lol

Yeah that is nasty sound, especially at the end when you turn off the engine. I would be so annoyed too.
