My sorrows go out to you. If you're looking for a bowling spot though, hit up Clover Leaf in Fremont on Mondays after 9pm. Its $2 a game and $2 shoe rentals. I've seen several Subies out there before, and there's always cops hanging out around there. So no need to worry about jackasses roaming the parking lot.

my friend's parents own a burger joint near there. their place was robbed 2 nights straight over the weekend. and someone got shot and killed like a block away about 3 weeks ago. hayward is ghetto!

edit: just found out their place was robbed 3 nights in a row the past 3 nights.
