Glad to hear u got let off easy this time. I have a similar story cept i wasn't speeding.

i got pulled over once. Cop said he pulled me over for loud exhaust. Asked me to pop my hood, sees my hks bov. Asked me what it is and it old him it's a stock valve on a turbocharged car with stickers on it. THen his partner proceeds to look at my engine bay and sees fingerprints on my perrin downpipe. I claimed that the shop that put my exhaust on probably had to take off the pipe to test fit it on the ground and he bought it. I was damn lucky that night. Running no cats, sees bov, sees downpipe, and got off with a fix it exhaust ticket.

Granted, i was spitting "yes sirs" and "no sirs" left and right.

duhaaaaaaang Huck.

The best stories are truly from life itself. Hey I have to go to traffic school twice (yes twice) within the next 2 months, maybe we can take it at the same time!

You must have a front plate! Haha.. Awesome luck man, though I have to say I think the "I know I'm facked" attitude does a lot. If you get nabbed and you both know you really effed up, this is the only way to go.

Huck, count your lucky stars man.... you might want to think about dropping $5 for some Lotto Scratchers.

CHP Officer: "You moved like they do. I've never seen anyone move that fast."
Huck: "Wasn't fast enough."

You are an increadibly lucky individual. I got pulled over for having a STICKER in the middle of my rear window, which I was ticketed for, then I got a ticket for the small crack in my taillight he noticed as he walked up to the window, then he wrote me my brother and my roomate each a ticket for the ~gram of weed we each had, then he smashed both of my pipes. I didn't even commit any traffic violations. Lucky you.

I'm still in shock. It was so surreal.

And I think I would be crazy to attempt to fight this ticket. I know when to walk away from the table while I'm ahead. Besides, that was part of our agreement. That I wouldnt fight it. Hell, I even shook his hand when he left. That's not something I can honorably go back on.

Oh, and he took the 1/8th with him.

wow, it was very lucky of you Huck, you must've done something good earlier to merit such good karma (yeah, I definitely believe in it, but only as experience)
