Proves no one gives a "F" when they hear an alarm go off. If it got towed people probably looked away and went about their business.

A friend of mine told me his car was stolen at his work. The alarm kept going off and then a tow truck arrived. The shop across the way thought it was a legit tow. 2 days later it was found on the side of a road.

Hoep you get it back in good shape.

That's true, most people don't care too much if it isn't their car or alarm going off.

Anyway, sorry to hear about the car. Good luck...

I don't know any car jackers. I do not like dishonesty, there are laws for a reason. Its one thing to **** up when you are a kid. But once someone is grown up and they still do imature things, like stealing, ****'em. They deserve the worst.

the only person I know that is linked to shady people installs car stereos at a best buy or something. Once I found out people he knew were checking out the custom sub box I made that I used to have in my car, I stopped talking to him.

I have found that if you associate yourself with people that do thug **** like stealing, or drugs more hard then pot, you tend to get sucked in to a 'thug'ish' lifestyle.
So yes, I made an assumption that you are a thug, but my suggestion to you is do not post on a public board in a way that almost sounds like you are bragging.
People like myself do not find it helpful.

If you have ever lost something you put a lot of time, effort, and care in to you might understand where I am coming from. If you have and don't. well ****, I guess we can agree to disagree.

Anyways, now I am rambling.

Anthony, I hope you get your car back.
You can take your assumptions and shove it! I said I "know" some car thieves. I didn't say I f***en steal cars with them. You assume that these are my close friends and I hang out with them everday. Well for your information I do not hang out with them, nor consider them as close friends. I actually consider myself a pretty good kid. One that goes to college, get good grades, and stays away from any hardecore drugs. haha.

What's funny is that I dont understand why you are so suprised that an i-club member would know some car thieves. You do remember this is the "BAY AREA" section right? Cars get jacked left and right here and you'd be pretty "STUPID" if you didn't know that yet.

All i did was try and post up some advice on how you can better protect your car, but instead have Aholes "Assuming" that im a thug/ dumb kid. Also, if i was a car jacker wouldn't it be stupid to post SH** on forums helping people make their cars more secure?? Think about sh** before you post dumb c**p like that. To give you some of your own medicine, your recent post makes you sound like some goody-Fuc*en two shoe.

"the only person I know that is linked to shady people installs car stereos at a best buy or something. Once I found out people he knew were checking out the custom sub box I made that I used to have in my car, I stopped talking to him."

Aww, congrats on being such an honest person that lives by the law. Hilarious. Peace!

Sorry about your car man, I hope it works out for you. Sometimes it works out better for you if all they find left of the car is the frame. Do you really want a car back that was torn all apart and beat on back? Probably not.

@stylin525 I wish I knew where some people were that stole cars! I've had 4 stereos stolen from me, a convertible top cut, and 3 windows broken. Sometimes I drive around an night just looking for people jackin' stuff. I hope to one day meet your "friends", and kick the **** out of them.

If you go to any high school in San Francisco you'll see that most asian kids, thugs or not, know someone that steals or have stolen several hondas. It is a phase that a lot of kids go through in the city. I just didn't know that people are stealing wrxs. For your sake and everyone else's here, hopefully you find that punk and prosecute him to the furthest extent.

what insurance does your bro have? My insurance only covers things attached to the car....amps/speakers/ski racks...boards if the racks are locked. But not cd's, sunglasses..stuff like that.

I've had 2 different companies and they were both like that. I've had over 200 cd's stolen out of my cars in 3 different break ins.

stylin525_ just to add to what you were saying... I know a couple car thieves as well. Or should say "knew" I don't talk to them anymore. They were in it pretty deep down south. It's worse down there than it is up here. i've known some drug dealers. Some gang bangers. Etc. But I've always been a good kid and now I"m a good man. I'm about as honest as they come. Don't steal. Don't do drugs. Used to be a youth leader....etc.

It's possible to know people that do stupid stuff without doing it yourself...or even condoning their behavior.

I got offered car parts..nice car parts. I was pissed off about my old car and they asked me if I wanted it stolen and if i wanted any parts back from it. Etc. Everytime I told them I don't roll that way. I pay for my isht.

Lets just say that kharma has come back on all of them.

I just wanted to say that for mcdrama...not all people that know people are those people. But I can see where you were coming from because of the way he phrased it....sounded like he knows a TON of car thieves. And speaking generally you'd probably be accurate. I also know you're a good guy and ment no harm from what you were saying.

So hopefully all of this will stop now and we can continueing talking about the stolen car. It's a damn bummer. I'm guessing it will show up sunday or monday.

Cool wrx

I think my last post was kind of harsh. I was just pissed that someone that doesn't even know me would assume cr*p like that. And your right, I'm 20 and people around this age are in that phase of carjacking, drug dealing, and just plain breaking the law. We can only hope that they will grow out of it, and i bet most will because they will eventually get caught. "kharma" So to end all this bickering, ill be the bigger man and apologize. peace!

That is how my car insurance works as well.

Damn, Anthony, I can't believe your car got stolen. I'm really sorry man. I hope for your sake they consider it 'totalled' and give you good money for the car AND the mods. Trust me, a car that nice/fast you don't want back once it's been stolen. :/

We should institute the "taking of hands" for theives. That should reduce the amount of stolen cars.
